Mar 12, 2010 Acer wireless keyboard kg-0917 right side of keyboard stuck on numbers - Acer Wireless WIL-152 91.84R07.152 question. Where to find driver for my Acer KG-0973 wireless keyboard. Hi i bought an acer wireless kg-0917 keyboard an a mouse 0919 and it ll not connect to my pc.what should i do?thnx. ![]() Help im having trouble with my laptop keyboard. Whenever i use my laptop keyboard the Fn function is 'on' for the numeric keypad (the one usually on the right side of a normal keyboard). This started when i used an external keyboard. So thinking 'bout it i unplug the external keyboard but the same thing happens. The Fn function for the numeric keypad is 'on'. I have also tried powercycling the system but its still the same. I can't use my laptop outside my house coz of that. The thw wireless mouse is paired from fabric wirh USB dongle for same mouse. You can't connect a wireless keyboard to it because they are no different frequency. Actually it's hightly improbable that you even could connect the USB dongle of a mouse with another different mouse. Explanations is logical: presumeyou are in a big office whate another 1 users have wireless keyboards or 'mice'. Now, imaginge the mess if the dongle of your keyboard should control the mouse of another 9 usrs. Now, it's competely different with bloetooth keyboards and'mice' Apr 08, 2015|. Then your problem is most likely driver-related. The chances are nill that both mouse AND keyboard are defective. Looks like it is down to one of two scenarios. Either the driver is incorrect or corrupt, or the dongle itself is malfunctioning. The driver would be first choice since it would be a free fix to rule out. Try uninstalling the driver first, then reboot. Next go to mfg website for the keyboard/mouse/dongle and download a fresh driver. Note that preferably, the correct protocol would be to install the driver first, before plugging in the dongle. Hope this helps. One question I can think of regarding the dongle is whether or not the dongle lights up when plugged in - some do. If yours is supposed to but does not, it could be the dongle itself. The bottom line now is between the dongle and a driver really. I'd be willing to bet the mouse and keyboard are just fine they just can't interface because the dongle is the gateway and you know the rest.good luck. Jan 02, 2010|. Before starting, make sure the keyboard and mouse are ON and with batteries. Whit the PC already ON: * The first step is to plug in the USB Bluetooth adaptor. * Once the Bluetooth adaptor is inserted, allow Windows to install the drivers. * Once Windows gives it the OK, the USB dongle should have a light or even a button. (If you don’t see a button the 'yellow' light is the button). This tells teh keyboard (or mouse) to look for a dongle. This should show a connection between the dongle and the keyboard (or mouse). Or With the PC Off: * Just connect the dongle * Do the button sequence as described above, unit the dongle light goes “solid” again. * Start the PC and keyboard and mouse should work perfectly.
